Make confident career decisions
The job may change your life. Your manager will shape it.
Anonymous by design
Your review is posted under a random name. Sign in and it goes live right away, or skip it and a person checks it first.
Structured ratings
Company culture, CEO leadership and your direct manager, each rated separately, so the signal stays clear.
Screened for quality
Every review is screened before it goes live, and anything that looks off waits for a person. No spam, no fake praise.
Add your voice
Be the review you wish existed.
Wish someone had warned you? Now you can be that someone.
The job description was perfect. The manager wasn't.
You read the role and did the research, and nothing prepared you for working there. Tell the next person what you know now.
Your silence has a cost.
Someone is weighing that same job right now. What they find here depends on what the people before them chose to share.
Great managers deserve the credit.
Know someone who made your career? Rating them by name takes about two minutes, and it helps the people they hire next.
