Have offers from both at the same level with similar comp. Trying to figure out what I'm signing up for.

Night and day.
AWS: more autonomy, deeper engineering, fewer fires.
Stores: faster, messier, constant fights over launch dates.
If you care about technical depth, pick AWS. If you want a huge product surface and don't mind chaos, Stores is fine.
