Depends a lot on where you sit. Azure and anything near Copilot is fine, headcount there is still growing. Hardware-adjacent teams are nervous. What hurts morale most isn't the layoffs themselves, it's how quiet everything is. Nobody tells you you're at risk, you just sort of sense it, and that wears people down.
