Does Coherent sponsor visas?

New H-1Bs are first-time petitions with this employer, often after the lottery. Transfers are people already on an H-1B who joined from another employer. Counts are workers USCIS approved on its first decision, and the approval rate compares them with workers it denied that year. Later appeals aren't counted.

PERM is the Labor Department step most employment green cards start with. A certification means the company sponsored someone for a green card that year. The certified rate leaves out applications the company withdrew. Later green card steps aren't published by employer.
