What went well
Lots of smart people, generous time off once you pass five years, and free food.
What could be improved
The culture is slipping, and pressure to deliver has gone up since agentic AI coding tools arrived. It's hard to get visibility in the Core org, and there are few engineering roles in the Atlanta office.
